Installation of SAP BI 4.1 SP2

Hi,

I am ran the install file for SAP BI 4.1 SP2" and i got the following error message

"SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 SP2 has encountered errors during the install process"

How can I find out what the problem was?

I have gone to the InstallData/logs and the document populated is "setupengine" - its a large file and not too sure how to identify the problem?

Any ideas?
