Just want all of you know, BI 4.1 SP5 promotion management issue which SAP support also acknowledge that it is a bug. if you are planning to move the WEBI reports from 4.0 to 4.1 system, below issue occurs.
Source system: BO 4.0 SP5 and above
Destination System Install BO 4.1 SP5 and latest Patch3.
Login to 4.1 SP5 Promotion Management. Connect to Source BO 4.0 SP5, and destination is 4.1 SP5. Try to add WEBI reports. Click on 'Save and close'. Error pops up. See the attached screenshot. Same issue occurs for Live to live and live to bair. But this issue occurs only when promoting webI reports, no issue while promoting Universes.
Work around is : Don't install 4.1 SP5, only stick with SP4. I did not test this scenario.
