Dear Experts,
One of our customer want to use Trusted Authentication for SSO to BO. The version is BO 4.1 SP5 on Linux.
When they try Trusted Authentication on the tomcat in bo installation directory, it works fine. However, when they moved the testing code to another tomcat server, error pops up as "Could not reach CMS 'linux4393:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)". The network is no problem, they can successfully ping linux4393(BO server) from this tomcat server.
