Webi Report 'LastExecutionTime' is One Hour Ahead

BI 4.1 Server & Client SP4 no fix packs, MS Server 2008 R2 Standard

We have BO Enterprise installed on a server set to local time (LIMA which does not have DST). Unfortunately as per the screenshot, from both Webi thick and thin clients, the LastExecutionTime and LastExecution data are always one hour behind.

Is there a way to resolve this?

Have checked server time

Have checked system locale
