BO4 - Scheduling to ftp site of another company and firewalls

Hi,

We have a user form external company who can schedule reports.  They wish to have ftp as destination for a scheduled report and are suggesting we need to open a port on our firewall to allow this (port 2021).

Is this correct?

Is it not the case they just need to allow inbound communication on their company servers?
