Unable to load report error in BI Launchpad

Hi All,

In production some crystal reports having this issue 'Unable to load report' using ECC tables(EDID4,EDIDC,EDIDS) as data source.

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 SP3

Version: 14.1.3.1257

Crystal Reports 2013

I ran this report in local machine but it is executing more than 3 hours. And i also restrict the data with few IDoc numbers(20) in record selection but it is executed successfully with half an hour time.

Please advise how to solve this issue...
