"string index outofbound"exception are occurring BI launch pad while searching

Hi Experts,

We are working on following environment:

BOE 4.1 SP1

we have 2 clustered machine on which BO is installed and we are using tomcat as a web application server.

Error:-

While searching in BI launchpad an error is coming "An error occured while searching:A

java.lang.StringIndexOutofBoundsException occured;original exception message:string index out of range : -1"

Please guide us for the mentioned issue.
