Logon denied: You do not have the right to logon to the application

Hi,

System: BI 4.0 SP5

I am facing the below error when a user tries to log into BI Launch Pad :

"Logon denied: You do not have the right to logon to the application"

I have set the following access to the user. I created a group - "View Reports" and then added the user to it. Then in CMC > Folders, in the main "All Folders", I set the User Security as "View On Demand" to the group "View Reports". Then also the user is not able to log into the Launch Pad even.

Request your suggestions please.
