search feature not working properly in BI launchpad

Hi Experts,

environment:-

We are using BOBI4.1 SP1 and we have clustered environment.Two clustered node are there.

in Platform search service application we made the master index location shared for both server.

issue:- when we are searching content in BI Launch pad (in search tab)correct result is not coming.

               while searching from server1 BI launchpad application is giving us different result compare to searching from Server2.

               even we have done rebuild index then also same scenario occurring.

Could you advice us to solve the issue?
