Trusted Authentication with RSA ClearTrust

Hello,

My team and I are working on configuring BO Trusted Authentication using RSA ClearTrust.

We have followed these 2 sources:

1. XI_3 1_Trusted_Authentication document.

2. We went to RSA ClearTrust and found another step-by-step document there too with more specific instructions for ClearTrust.

However, we have no luck and still getting "Account information not recognized: LDAP Authentication has not been configured to use single sign on. Please contact your system administrator. (FWM 00008)"

Please advise, things to check...
