We are running BusinessObjects XI 3.1 SP7. I have noticed that I cannot log into the Report Conversion Tool on a client machine using the cluster name, until I have firstly used the format "server name:6400".
I thought perhaps after logging in 1 time the cluster name might be generated in the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Enterprise\CMSClusterMembers" or "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Enterprise\CMSClusterMembers", but deleting these keys made no difference.
Can anyone advise why I can't log into the Report Conversion Tool initially using the cluster name, and why it still does not appear in the drop down list in the 'System' field ?
