We are upgrading to BI 4.1 sp05 patch 1 from BI 4.0 sp06 and having issues with both Webi and Crystal reports against SAP data source.Webi reports which use BICS connections are working fine.
The issue is with Webi reports against BW universe giving error "The database SQL generation parameters file could not be loaded (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP BAPI)"
Crystal reports against ECC data source "The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
We have setup SNC using Kerberos.
I do see some warnings in the logs ""Caught Warning : There is no registry pointing to 32-bit sapcrypto.dll. It will fail to SNC logon SAP"
I checkedthe registry settings and do see that the below registry key has already been set.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > SAP BusinessObjects >Suite XI 4.0 > SAP > SNC_LIB_32
Please help.
