Actually, I have worked on SAP Netweaver BI 7.3 based on each InfoProvider. I have also the Business objects plateform 4.1 installed on a second server.
I'm trying to build a universe based on SAP netweaver BI 7.3 using IDT(Information design tool).
In the first step, i have created an OLAP connection and it works successfully.
But when i create a relational connection based on SAP Netweaver BW using JCO Connector, it seems this following error as mentioned hereunder.
"[Data Federator Driver] [Server] [Connector 'testSourceConnection1421401078735'] An error occurred while trying to ping the server: SAP NetWeaver BW has reported an RFC error: Error during RFC callback: Error when opening an RFC connection"
My question consist to know:
If it is necessary to install Data federator and which version?
else, how can i create RFC connection to JCO connector in SAP BW.
and i would like to ask if it is some configuration to do in BI .
If you have any solution, please provide me your help.
