I installed the SP5 Patch update on top of a BusinessObjects 4.1, SP5, Patch 4.1 installation on a Windows 2008 R2 server this week and ran into an issue with the Corba SSL. After installing the SP5 Patch, the software starts fine and i am able to log on without Corba SSL enabled. However, after shutting down the software and then configuring the SIA using the CCM and then configuring the CCM using the sslconfig.exe utility, I cannot get the CCM to start. I checked the Windows Server Event Viewer log and the CCM (SvcMgr.exe) crashes every time i attempt to start it. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the SP5 Patch but it did not resolve the issue.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Has anyone else resolved this issue?
