Error while extracting BI 4.1 SP03

HI All,

While im trying to install the BI 4.1 SP03 from SP 02 patch 2 Im getting the attached error.

I downloaded the SP03 from sap site thrice and tried but gettign the same error.

Please help me out to resolve the issue.
