Technical user in BW/BI 4.1 to schedule instances in BI 4.1

Hi All ,

I wanted to know the best practice to schedule instances in BI 4.1 . We have SSO between BW 7.3 and BI 4.1 .

I was asked to provide a technical user ( BW user ) so to schedule the instances in BI 4.1 ( Refresh the webi reports for dashboard ) .

Basically would like to know the best practice and what level of authorization that user should have in BW and BI systems .

Also the user type should be service or dialog ?
