Our current environment is SAP BI4.1 SP01, windows 2008R2 servers. We use a cutom .NET application to schedule webi reports and export them to pdf/excel formats then copy them to a different location. All this is done using SDK.
The developer is able to schedule the webi report but when trying to download the output file, he gets the below error:
" ERROR: Unable to copy from
Infostore - Report : ReportSample01.xlsx
File Repository Server Output is
down."
This error is very random and not consistent. In other words, if tried after a few hours, it worked fine, the developer is able to downlaod the report output file. (either excel or pdf). So it works often but fails some times.
I am suspecting this is something to do with port/firewall issues. The CMS Named server port is set to 6400 and all other Request prots are set to Auto Assign.
Any sueestions on how to resolve this?
