We have a publication based on dynamic recipients. The publication has around 400 dynamic recipient users. It takes around 40 mins to deliver mails to all users. 40 mins is the difference between first mail and last mail in one's inbox.
How can we improve this. We target to complete delivery to all users in 15 mins.
How can we diagnose the workflow and identify which particular step is taking time? Is it email delivery by SMTP (managed by AJS) or post publishing processes by APS or anything else? Currently, we have single APS(Publishing) and AJS. Should we create another instance of these two BO servers? Can report bursting of a single publication utilize 2 APS/AJS or is it one-to-one relationship.
