After a new install of Crystal Server 2013, sp4, I configured SSO and followed all the tests and steps. While SSO is not working for either browser, manual AD sign-in is working ok for Chrome, but not for I.E. I.E. manual AD authentication worked up until the final steps of SSO. Now I get the following error (for I.E.) only.
Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'server:8080'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030).
I tested IE 8, 9, 10, 11 and they all have this error listed above. Chrome has never had a problem.
I have set the correct header size. I have made the correct adjustments in I.E. to "support Vintela SSO for AD Kerberos authentication", as recommended in the manual, including Enable Integrated Windows Authentication.
