I installed Crystal Server 2013 using the evaluation license to do some testing for our planned upgrade from Crystal Enterprise v10 to Crystal Server 2013. Crystal Server 2013 SP01 was installed. Three of the servers in the CMC will not start or start with errors. Looking at the log for the ReportApplicationServer shows a file not found error.
Server Intelligence Agent: server XX_XX_XXX_T.CrystalReports2013ReportApplicationServer failed to launch. It is possible the working directory or file path is invalid. CreateProcess error=14001, The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail

Looking at the servers there are several placeholders having "//" in the paths which seems like a problem.
What is the best way to correct these errors?
