We have a problem with BO 4.0 SP4 Patch 8
Using LCM to promote a crystal report from uat to production causes the report in destination to become corrupt. When trying to view, we receive an error.
The viewer could not process
an event. Unable to load report. [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
Before promotion, this report works fine. After promotion, When I receive the erorr, looking at report property shows .jpeg as filetype instead of .rpt.
We have been deleting reports to promote, but we can't continue to do this, as there are recurring schedules/instances attached to the reports.
