Support has been very slow to help us resolve an issue on a Solaris install of BI4 SP6. After the installation the Crystal RAS server will not start. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any resolutions? Support tried to suggest it was a bad download of the SP6 software and made us install it 3 times (all still with the same result). No logging is showing on what the issue could be and when we try to rebuild the RAS server it still happens. All other servers started up no problem and no visible errors during the installation. Oracle is the CMS repository. This is a full (new) installation of SP6 not a patched up version.
I should mention the behavior is not being seen in on our Windows based SP6 install.
