Apche tomcat server is stopping after 2min's in BI 4.1 CCM

Hi Everyone,

I Have installed the BI 4.1 SPO4 server on windows server 2012R2. after the istallation i am trying to open the Launchpad and CMC for testing. iam ending up with the below error.

HTTP Status 404 - /BOE/BItype Status reportmessage /BOE/BIdescription

The requested resource is not available.Apache Tomcat/6.0.37.

As i have seen in CCM  APACHE TOMCAT SERVER status is stopped. but when i try to start the server ,after 2 min it is stopping by default and status is showing stopped.

can anyone help out on this topic,how to resolve this.

iam able to open the UMT succesfully.
