Adding files to Basket for download on Market Place

Hi Guys,

I wanetd to install the BOBJ EDGE Package and i i selcted the install files and hit the option to "add to the download basket" 8 hours ago and all i see is a pop up box saying that the "request is in progress" . Is that normal ?? How long does it generally take and how do i know if the request is not stuck and still under service?
