We have a client that wants to upgrade from Crystal Server XI to Crystal Server 2013 (CRS 2013).
As far as I understand, there is no direct upgrade path from CRS XI to the latest platform.
The documentation advises an intermediate step of upgrading to Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1 (CRS 2008) and then from there
upgrading to CRS 2013.
Questions:
Where do I find CRS 2008 V1 to download given it is an old product ? I couldn't find it on the SAP Support site.
Also where do I find Product Availability Matrix (PAM or PAR) for CRS 2008 ?
Is it possible to have CRS 2011 as an intermediate upgrade step instead of upgrade to CRS 2008 first ?
Has anyone done this before ? I mean Crystal Server XI upgrade to CRS2013 ? Any gotchas ?
