BO 3.1 SP7 - SIA not starting sp6 to sp7

Hello,

We  were upgrading our BO system from 4.2 to Sp7 on windows 2003.

First we applied Sp6 and it was fine.

Then we applied SP7, updated completed successfully but SIA is not starting. It is not generating log file also.

Tried to create new SIA, SIA is getting created but not starting.

Any help on this ?
