I have a Environment which I'm migrating from BIP 4.0 SP2 to BIP 4.1 SP4. The Inventory has been migrated with Rights and permissions and groups.
The previous environment had Hyperlinks to Media files which when clicked in Infoview open up as a video within Infoview or gets launched as a video in Windows Media player. The files are in a ".wmv" format.
The UNC path link when launched from RUN works fine.
The Link when launched from a session with the BIP 4.0 SP 2 infoview works great. The same link when launched from the exact same browser in the new environment fails to launch.
I tried checking with the folks that had setup the old environment to see if they had done any additional settings and learnt that there were none.
