Tomcat7 logging too much with BI 4.1

Experts,

     I am have a major issue with our recent BI 4.1 w/ SP4 upgrade.  The Tomcat7 folder is using up too much space with log files.  We start and stop or Tomcat / SIA twice a day because of the heavy usage and Java related memory leaks.

Please help stop or reduce the logs.
