Parent and Child Folder Access

Hi Folks,

I just wanted to check.  Say, we have a folder structure in CMC:

Public Folder ->

          Parent Folder

                    -parent_content_1

                    -parent_content_2

                    -parent_content_3

                    -> Child Folder

                         -child_content_1

                         -child_content_2

Now, we would like know.. is there any way to to hide the Parent Folder and its contents, but the Child Folder and its contents can still be accessed/viewed?

We are currently using SAP BI 4.1 SP2
