Server Intelligence Agent service terminated unexpectedly

Hi there,

I'm trying to install Crystal Reports Server 2008 on a Windows 2012 64 bit machine.

The base installation SP3 worked just fine.

But then I tried to install the SP to get to SP6 so I can use it with Tomcat 7. That didn't work.

during the SP4 installation it says Starting SIA Service but it can't finish. In the Event log I see Server Intelligence Agent service terminated unexpectedly every couple of seconds. Same problem when I try to uninstall this thing.

Any ideas why this thing can't start or how to get this SIA Service working?
