Dear experts,
Currently we have installed BO BI Platform 4.0 SP2 Patch 21, and want to upgrade to SP6 Patch 2.
My question is: which patches I have to download and install, in order to incorporate all the new functionalities introduced by the previous support packs and patches and, of course, all the bug fixes as well.
Additionally, I would like to hear from those who already implemented SP6 Patch 2, if there is any special recommendation to be observed during this upgrade process.
