Can't find File or Schedule Event in BI 4.1 SP01

Hi All,

I am trying to create a "File Based Event" in 4.1 and I can't find it. All I see folders as:

1. Crystal Reports Event

2. Custom Events

3. Monitoring Events

4. System Events

attached is the screenshot that I see.

And only Custom Events has "New Event" option. How do I see File Event and Schedule Events?

I have read the blog-CMC\Events in Business Objects and It's Usage

All it mentions is how to create the event. Unfortunately, I don't see the event.
