BO and OLAP Cube

Hi,

I am currently working on BO4.1 SP4, have created a OLAP connection for the SSAS Cube.Came across few issue's

(1) I am unable to create the Data Foundation Layer  ??

(2) Can i create the Row Level Security in the BO and Pass it to the Cube, so that the user can see only the group which he belongs too??
