Cannot see Xcelsius Dashboards in Widgets

Hello all,

We are trying to use BO Widgets in our environment. We are able to see WebI reports in widgets and open them as widgets. However, we cannot see Xcelsius dashboards in our widgets.

We are on BO 4.0 SP5 Patch 7. This was happening even with SP5 alone. Client tools are on the same SP and Patch level.

I have used widgets for a long time and I am not aware of any kind of configuration.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem?
