SAP BI4.1 IDT distant access problem to extract universes on a VM

So, we are configuring a demo plateform on SAP BI 4.1 SP3 installed on a VM (Vmware: ESX 5.5 v10) with Windows Server 2012 R2 as OS.

The problem: impossible for us, with a client computer, to extract a univers from the BI Plateform with IDT,  error code FWM01003.

All ports opened on firewall Server (CMS, SIA and all Webservices)  and we can use CMC and BI LP with any computer client.

We fixed the lmshost.sam and the host on the computer client with the IP adress and the DNS, but no success.

Someone could help me on this problem?
