Danger Alert Created When Threshold Not Reached

Hi All,

I have noticed that a danger alert has been created in the CMC. When I have a look at the contents of the alert message, I see that the danger threshold was not reached. Can anyone shed some light on why this alert was sent when the threshold was not breached? I have a couple of cautions that seem to have the same thing happening.
