Server BIQA.net:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)

Hi,

While updating latest java version, my SAP BO QA environment has stopped working.
Whenever I restart SIA and Apache web server through CCM, then it works fine however in few seconds it starts giving below error:

http://BIQA:6400:/BOE/BI/
http://BIQA:6400:/BOE/CMC/

Cause of Error:

Server BIQA.net:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)

I already did below:
- SIA / Web Server stop /restart through CCM
- Java version rolled-back
- Restart of Server
- Re-creation of ODBC

Please Help!!!.
