How can I manage Business Views from CMC

I'm using CRystal Reports server 2013. How do I manage Business Views permissions from CMC? The thing is that with admin account we can use dynamic prompts created with Business Views from a report. But when using other user it is not possible. Instead of a dynamic prompt it shows an empty textbox. It might be related to permissions or rights, isn't it? But I can't find anything related to it on CMC.
