Using Old Deski Tools After Installing BO4 Client Tools

I'm still using Deski on my PC for my existing r3 install and supporting my customers.  However after installing the BO4 Client Tools on my PC I can no longer import reports from the repository to Deski against my old repository.

I can see the reports in the old CMC but when I open Import on my PC I can see folders and no reports.

Is there any way to resolve this incompatibilty?
