Unable to open a Crystal Report through CMC or Launchpad. It throws the below error
"The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection - Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
Tried updating the 14 character length long password for the Database user but once i say update the encrypted password length reduced to 10 character.
So, i am not sure whether the correct password getting updated or not? Do we have any length limitations here? Could you please help.
Other reports created on top of the same database is running fine.
ODBC 32bit and 64 bit DSN is configured for MS SQL server. Not sure what's going wrong.
I see many of them like me faced this issue. Is it a product bug. If not, why many customers like us are getting this issue. Why SAP is not doing a permanent fix to it.
We are using BO 4.0 SP6.
