Hello Experts,
One of the Crystal Report which was running from couple of months failed today. We are gettting the error: " Error in Files: Encapsulating page failed".
This report is built using CR 2008 and is being hosted on your BO XIR3.1 SP4. This report seems to run fine when run using CR 2008 but is erroring out when Scheduled or Refreshing the report through Infoview.
All the servers in BOE seems to be working fine. Any idea what else I should be looking into?
