We have BO 4.0 SP4 P1 successfullyior in three environments. We had SAP authentication configured in all three environments. Due to the company's new strategy, we are asked to move the authentication to be setup based on Windows AD and SSO to be based on Siteminder.
We followed the instructions in the admin guide and were able to implement manlual AD authentication and then SSO using Siteminder successfully in development environment which is a single machine deployment. In our test environment, the manual AD authentication works fine but the SSO using Siteminder is not working. Our test environment is deployed in 2 servers. One server with Tomcat and Core BI services including CMS and another server with BI processing services.
The error message is not that helpful. It says that it is not able to authenticate the user. Does anyone have experience how to troubleshoot the siteminder SSO issue?
