Hi platform experts.
I've got a problem with the role/user import in BO with a BW system. There are two systems configured in the same way, X9M and X5M.
With one system (X5M) i'am able to import roles and the users into BO with the other one (X9M) i only receive the roles and the users/aliases which are assigned to this role are not transfered into BO.
We did some comparison between the systems. The User BOI_SSO which is used on both systems has the same security rights and on BO i also used the same configuration. Also there is a firewall which is well configured and tested and if there is a blocking also the roles where not showing in BO in the role import choice.
When we now do some User tracing on BW side on the user BOI_SSO, we can see a different in the log. For the system X5M the program "boe_cmsd" is called and running and after that the users of the X5M are transfered. When looking into the log on X9M this Prog is Missing -> Server Destination is empty.

Does somebody know or give a hint, where to configure this on BW or BO side or where to include the Server Destination?
