Crystal Reports Server 2013 Client Tools?

Hi all,

If I already have Crystal Reports 2013 installed on my local machine do I still need install the client tools for SAP Crystal Server 2013 on my local machine?

What is the purpose of of the Crystal Reports Server 2013 Client Tools?
