Dear All,
We have newly done server setup for SAP BI 4.0 SP2 and installed same SP level client tools in laptop. While trying to connect to server from webI and dashboard it throws the error "cannot logon to older version of CMC". I have crossed checked the version of server and client tools and both are exactly same. attaching the screenshots.

The strange thing is that when i tried to connect to our already existing SAP BO 4.0 server it these client tools are working and not throwing the error message. I believe Ideally same error message should be shown in that case also.
Request your help in resolving the issue. Please give your suggestion. It has something to do with clearing any cache data???
