For full disclosure I am new to these forums and SAP. I was tasked with finding potential solutions
to the below issue.
From one of our offices, in China, employees are unable to
access our BI reports. They are using OpenDocument
links and able to make it as far as entering a value for a parameter. When they click to execute the report they receive
the“logon information for this report is
either incomplete or incorrect Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]” error.
In the US we are able to run the reports without any occurrences,
further it appears that login credentials that are working in the US are not
working when connecting through the Chinese location via a team viewer session. Using the same methods we have also been
unable to schedule reports, so it does not appear to be an issue specific to
the OpenDocument links. Lastly, we had
initially believed that the issue was specific to our Windows 7 machines using
the Chinese language, but we were able to validate that these are working in
the US. Has anyone experienced an issue
like this in the past? Any information
or guidance will be greatly appreciated, also if any additional information is
required I should be able to gather and provide it.
