Enable Real Time Cache - Document Output

Requirement is to capture the query as well as the data returned when a webi document is run by the end user. End user has the ability to access universe and create their own documents.

1) Would it be possible to capture the temporary webi document from repository by turning on "Enable Real Time Cache" and saving the document somewhere else (or in another format)?

2) Is there a way to capture the select statement using Triggers or something and run it and store the output in a excel or csv file in oracle or sql server database by using any packages?
