Recurring Publications to Email fails

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to BI4.0  SP8Patch2 and since then have been having some issues with publications scheduled to email destinations. We have a publication based on a webi report, scheduled to email destination. One time runs are fine but if its a recurring instance then we get the error as "

Distribution to destination CrystalEnterprise.Smtp (To: abc@xyz.com)  failed. Recipient: johndoe, Document Scope: . File Failed to download files for destination with index [1]. not found on File Repository Server. (FBE60013)

We have email destination enabled in all the job servers and have two APS containing Publishing services and Post Publishing service.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
