Error in extracting data from R3 system to BI system

i have created the data source in R3 system and replicated in BI system. The data extracted in R3 system using RSA3 transaction. But i unable to extract the data in BI system. When i schedule the request to load into the BI system it is loading more than 5 hrs. Anyone help me to find the error?
