Can't generate webi on Teradata Unx Universes

Hello Experts,

When I try to generate Webi Report through BI Launch Pad against Teradata UNX, it keeps running but I can create the report again Oracle UNX. I can also create webi report through rich client on Teradata UNX but it doesn't work through BI Launchpad. Not sure what can be the problem.

Any ideas?
